The Cold Sore is inside my nose, which obviously wouldn't be touching anything on my boyfriend, but would the cold sore make my saliva contagious, or if i put it in my mouth, will i infect my boyfriend?
There is NOT a cold sore on my mouth or throat. I just dont know if it being inside my nose, away from being touched, could still be a problem.

Cold sores are in actual fact herpes, so be very careful where you put your cold sore area.
First of all, I did not know you could get cold sores in your nose. How did that come about?
That being said, cold sores are herpes, and your nose, throat, and mouth are all connected. Fluids (snot) inside of your nose can run down your throat, which is right at the back of your mouth. And spit is all over your mouth, and moving around in your mouth when you perform oral. So, it’s kinda gross, but I would think it is entirely possible.
There are also certain stages of when the herpes is contagious, however, I don’t remember what they are at the moment. Look it up ‘herpes’ in Wikipedia.
I would avoid it. You don’t want to take that chance, because I’m sure it’s not fun to have genital herpes, and if he gets it and you stay together, you wil lend up having it, too. So definately please be cautious.
And I’m just saying that it’s possible, your doctor can probably give you a way more correct answer than I can.
