These vitamins are great for all ages, I highly recommend them. The only issue if you live in humid climates is they can stick together in the jar, but they will pull apart easily. When I've tried others that cost less..they were either too hard or didn't have as complete nutritional values. I always come back to Lil Critters! These are yummy, the kids love them as well as the adults. No dyes or artificial flavors. Nut free which is BIG in this household.
