I’ve been getting cold sores due to stress and winter weather since I was a kid and Zilactin is by far the best stuff I’ve ever used on them. Abreva doesn’t even come close.

Ive been using this stuff for a couple years and it is by far the best medicine for cold sores. Half the cost of abreva and 10 times more effective
